It seems Madame Secretary Rice has a spine of steel with the Europeans, see here. Could you ever imagine anyone at the State Department actually promoting the US and its foreign policy. Take a look at what Secretary Rice had to say in Europe:
"There cannot be an absence of moral content in American foreign policy," she says. "Europeans giggle at this, but we are not European, we are American, and we have different principles."It's about time we had a soul at the helm of the State Department who's not afraid to say what needs to be said. It's starting out to be a wonderful voyage with Condi.
