Check out this Financial Times report. It reveals a Ukrainian secret police (SBU) investigation report that the SBU had illegaly sold some 12 AS-15's, to Iran (6) and China (6). These missiles which feature an advanced guidence system have a range of some 3,000km which place Iran's missiles well within striking range of Israel. These transactions occurred between 1999-2001 under ex-president Leonid Kuchma who was replaced with the Pro-Western Yushenko in the Orange Revolution in late December 2004.
