Thomas Sowell has a wonderful column over at Townhall.com that points out that the current nine justices sitting on the bench of the US Supreme Court seem to a least have a working understanding of the principles of supply-and demand with its most recent rejection of the 9th Court Of Appeals ruling that oil companies were working together to set gas prices at high levels.
