Rich Lowry has a terrific column on Secretary of State Rice over @ National Review Online. He notes that since the President and the new Secretary are on the same page, she is more representative of this nation foreign policy. When she goes before cameras and to the various nations, she is giving the straight line and not pulling punches.

Based on this past week, it's generally accepted that the potentates and leaders of Europe are convinced that she carries such weight. As Rich notes, Secretary Rice seems to be more willing to spread her wings and venture into the foreign capitals to spread America's message of liberty and freedom. I can only imagine what miracles this lady will accomplish in the next four years.
