Robert Novak has a great piece today on why Senator Dodd has been so tough on Secretary John Bolton during his confirmation hearings Tuesday and Wednesday. It has to do with the fact that Dodd is a great fan of Cuba while Secretary Bolton has adamantly campaigned against the horrors of Castro. It's a sad day when a US Senator and his friends find Fidel Castro more appealing than an American champion like John Bolton.
