Fire of Liberty
This isn't good news for the Organization of American States. Seems that El Hefe II (Hugo Chavez) is playing power politics with the selection of the new president of the OAS. He favors a fellow traveler from Chile while the democratic wing (US) backs the Mexican candidate. I hope that Chavez doesn't get the choice to decide who the next OAS president will be, if he does expect reverses in the democracies in South America.
