Jack Kelly has a informative piece in today's Pittsburgh Post Gazette on the much ballyhooed reports in the MSM that enlistment in the US Army is declining. While others have argued that these numbers are going down because of their opposition to the war, Kelly argues that the improving economy and lack of knowledge that benefit packages have been increased is more the reason.
