Here's another example of how our national sovereignty is being held captive by the Men in Black in our Supreme Court who sit on Mt. Olympus and hand their judgments down. The greatest problem is that these individuals (Justice Kennedy, Ginsburg) need to base their decisions on the US Constitution rather than a persistent reference to International laws and statutes.
