It seems the North Koreans are willing to come back to the 6 way talks if the US only apologizes for calling them an "Outpost of Tyranny." Well I wonder what makes them think they're not an Outpost of Tyranny. When you starve almost 3 million people, use a repressive military to keep the people beat-down, develop nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles to use against your neighbors, continue to remain at a state of war, imprison dissident, steal relief supplies for your cronies as well as create a cult of your "Dear Leader", you should be considered "King of the Outposts of Tyranny."

What the US needs to do is wipe the regime off the map completely. If we just applied all pressures on Kim Jong Il and ask the Chinese to open their borders for North Korean refugees much like we did in Berlin in 1989, we could dismantle the Stalinist state once and for all. I hope North Korea doesn't think the US going to apologize for telling the truth.
