Along with massive genocide and the various other horrors placed on the people of Darfur, Sudan are facing a shortage of water. While the UN will never be an effective military force, you'd think they'd be able to distribute water to these refugee camps. Its pitiful that a entity formed for this specific purpose is nowhere to be found.
