Peter Worthington has an eye opening column in Wednesday's edition of The Toronto Sun on how the Chinese government continues to exert its economic and political strength on the world in less than friendly reasons. Though al Qaeda and its fellow Wahhabi and Salafist brothers pose a great and ever present threat to the free world, the communist masters in China still keep the forward looking strategic thinkers in the Pentagon up at all hours in the night. When you start having generals in the PLA start talking about using nukes against the US in a possible confrontation over Taiwan, increased military budgets, military exercises with the Russians as well as making deals with the tyrants in Zimbabwe, it seems to get the attention of folks at the NSC and the Pentagon. Let's hope the folks in Washington are getting ready for our next challenge, which is China.
