Fire of Liberty
Charles Krauthammer, one of my favorites, says that the foreign policy portion of the SOTU was directed at the terrorists and the various Outpost of Tyranny nations. He also hinted that the president gave his signal of support to the growing democracy movement amongst the students of Iran.
I expect it will have an effect on the students of Iran much like Reagan's Evil Empire speech had on Natan Sharansky in the Soviet Gulag.
